Nature of Business: Education, Skill Development & Digital Learning (Direct Selling Model)

2. Nature of Distributorship

The Distributor is an independent individual, not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company.
This agreement does not create any employer-employee, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship.
The Distributor is authorized only to promote Company-approved courses and services.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Distributor must be 18 years or above.
Submission of valid KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details) is mandatory.
Distributorship becomes active only after successful verification & course activation.
Any false or misleading information may lead to immediate termination.

Earnings depend on individual effort, team performance, and adherence to Company policies.
All commissions, bonuses, and rewards are governed by the official Income Plan, subject to change.
Applicable TDS/GST/Taxes are the Distributor’s responsibility.
